In one ICT Tac, which has 5 million views, she admitted that she only uses heat on her hair once a week but still has perfect waves, every day.

To get the curls, the salon owner starts by drying her hair with a Dyson Airwrap, but any hair dryer will do.

She wrote, “I do my hair once a week and no longer apply heat thanks to this last step.

“My hair has become so healthy thanks to this trick. Just wait until the end.” She wrote over footage of herself curling her hair.

“I’ve owned a salon for 8 years…you can trust me.” She confessed.

The hair expert then put Virtue healing oil in her hair, which costs £42.

“And here it is…the sleepy tie,” she wrote, showing off her chunky scrunchie.

Rachel’s secret to making her hairstyle last all week is in her scrunchie or the “Sleepy Tie”.

“I like to use it after I finish blow-drying to set my hair.” She said.

She asked, “Twist your hair around the arch. Secure with the scrunchie…and you can thank me tomorrow morning.”

In other ICT Tac, Rachel showed what her hair looked like in the morning, after spending the night in the scrunchie.

Parlr is a salon, spa and photo studio combined under one roof, as Rachel enjoys combining her interests and has been pursuing photography for 11 years.

For those worried that they won’t be able to get the same results at home, Rachel reassured them, “You can get similar results with a much cheaper unit like the revlon or the heat tools.”

As for those who wondered why she straightened her natural curls, Rachel wrote, “I love my curls but my straight hair is so much more manageable for me! Curls require me to wash my hair everyday too and it’s very drying.”

“This isn’t a normal bun, this is a special bun – promise my hair is healthier than EVER,” Rachel said.

For those worried about hair breakage if they sleep with their hair up, Rachel says, “I’ve tested it on thousands of women and haven’t heard of anyone having it! I personally Been using for 2 years and my hair has never looked healthier.“

One said: “It doesn’t work for me sleeping, maybe it’s because my hair is so long. However, it’s the BEST for working out and not getting mess up.”

While a few were unsure, one wrote: ‘As soon as someone says trust me I don’t immediately’
