Erika Jayne was spotted wearing white sweatpants and Chanel fingerless gloves as she took out the trash and walked her dog Tiago in Los Angeles.

As she stepped out for the air with her Dutch Shepherd, Tiago, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star packed a large black tote bag and sneakers.

She kept her icy blonde tresses in loose waves and sported a “no makeup look,” which included light pink lipstick and rosy foundation.

The mother-of-one kept a pair of black sunglasses perched above her head as she tidied up her house and got ready for some groceries.

Jayne recently admitted that “life is good” amid an impending divorce from Tom Girardi and a multi-million dollar embezzlement scandal.

Speaking to her former co-star Teddi Mellencamp at the opening of Kyle Richards’ Palm Desert store last month, she said that “everything is in a positive direction” now that filming for Season 11 is over.

As she focuses on herself without the cameras capturing her every move, the reality TV star said she has been “on a much lighter path.”

Jayne also admitted that she was making herself available to her friend, Dorit Kemsley, after a terrifying break-in at her Encino mansion where thieves held her at gunpoint while her children slept in their bedrooms.

“I am shocked at her strength and how she continued to show off,” she said. “We know each other very well as a group of friends, and to see one of us go through this kind of trauma is really heartbreaking.”

Sources close to Erika said TMZ last month she insisted that she had “no idea” what Girardi, 82, was doing with her money and that all the money she made was going directly to him or her. law firm, Girardi & Keese.

The insider added that Erika was confident that her now estranged husband would manage the assets appropriately while ensuring that all financial transactions were handled properly and that she had in fact never monitored the situation.

The TMZ source went on to say that all of his freelance income, including housewives’ salary, paid appearances, sponsorship deals, etc., went to his company EJ Global, but Erika alleges that Tom managed all the money.

In September, Jayne was ordered to turn over the financial records of her accountant, lawyer and landlord in an embezzlement lawsuit with Girardi.

The order comes as a bankruptcy trustee continues to investigate Girardi’s assets, amid allegations Girardi and Jayne embezzled settlement funds meant to help families of plane crash victims on Lion Air flight 610.

However, according to legal documents obtained by People magazine, Jayne’s lawyers were already arguing that the reality TV star “has been and remains prepared to cooperate fully with the trustee’s investigation into this bankruptcy of debtor Girardi & Keese.”

While Erika maintained that she was “kept off the books”, the trustee of a new trial demands that even if that were to be the case “it would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk without owing more than $ 25,000,000 to the estate.
